Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Ninth Wave handles information submitted through the public site and the private credit network.

Information we collect

When you request access, we collect the details you submit, including your name, role, firm, email, phone number, LinkedIn profile, and whether you identify as a lender or a broker/advisor.

If you are approved and choose to use the platform, Reid may collect call transcripts, profile preferences, deal details, match responses, and related workflow activity needed to operate the network.

With your consent, we use PostHog analytics to understand public-site interactions such as CTA clicks, FAQ opens, and form outcomes. Analytics is disabled when you decline consent or enable browser do-not-track.

How we use information

We use submitted information to review access requests, verify email addresses, manage onboarding, create lender and broker profiles, operate double opt-in introductions, send service emails, and improve the public site and product experience.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use public-site analytics to make lending decisions.

How introductions work

Broker deal information may be used to identify qualified lender matches. Lender contact information is not disclosed to brokers unless an introduction is approved through the double opt-in workflow.

Anonymous market activity may be shown in aggregate or anonymized form, but it does not create an introduction by itself.

Service providers

We use Supabase for authentication and database services, SendGrid for email delivery, Vapi and related voice/AI infrastructure for Reid calls, Sentry for error monitoring, and PostHog for consented analytics.

Service providers process information only as needed to provide their services to Ninth Wave.

Security and retention

We use access controls, role-based permissions, and operational safeguards appropriate for a private credit workflow. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

We keep information for as long as needed to operate the platform, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the network. Public launch materials should not be read as promising a fixed voice-recording retention window.

International data transfers

Ninth Wave is based in the United States and processes information here. If you access the platform from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those where you live.

Your choices

You can decline analytics cookies from the public site banner. You can also request correction, deletion, or export of information by contacting Ninth Wave at privacy@theninthwave.ai.

If you are an approved user, some account and deal records may need to be retained where required for platform integrity, security, or legal reasons.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to appeal a denied request. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@theninthwave.ai; we will verify your request before acting on it and will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
