Trust and confidentiality

Private credit information should stay private by design

Ninth Wave is designed as a controlled professional network—not an open database. Public pages explain the service; lender profiles, deals, match results, transcripts, and operational tools remain authenticated and excluded from search indexing.

Distribution controls

A placement professional chooses which matched lenders receive a deal. Lender contact information is not placed on public or broadly distributed tear sheets, and identities are exchanged only after mutual interest.

  • Broker approval before outreach
  • Lender opt-in before introduction
  • No public lender or deal directory

Access boundaries

Authenticated product routes are excluded from search crawlers and protected by account status, role-based access, and database row-level security. Administrative access requires multi-factor authentication.

Operational resilience

Long-running matching, document, call-processing, and email workflows use a durable background queue with retry state, idempotency controls, health monitoring, and dead-letter visibility.

AI with human control

Reid helps gather and structure information, and matching helps narrow potential fits. Lenders and placement professionals review outputs and control the decisions that move information or create an introduction.

Responsible disclosure

Security concerns can be reported to security@theninthwave.ai. Please do not include confidential client information in an initial report.
