Distribution controls
A placement professional chooses which matched lenders receive a deal. Lender contact information is not placed on public or broadly distributed tear sheets, and identities are exchanged only after mutual interest.
- Broker approval before outreach
- Lender opt-in before introduction
- No public lender or deal directory
Access boundaries
Authenticated product routes are excluded from search crawlers and protected by account status, account permissions and database access controls. Administrative access requires multifactor authentication.
Operational resilience
Matching, document processing, calls, and email run through a monitored background queue. Interrupted work can be retried, duplicate actions are controlled, and failures remain visible for review.
Private behavioral learning stays private
Behavior inferred from a lender’s own triage activity may suppress what reaches that lender. It does not improve the lender’s position in a broker’s results, change the ranks or match counts a broker sees, or inform another lender’s experience. Only an explicitly confirmed mandate update can enter the shareable matching profile.
AI with human control
Reid helps gather and structure information, and matching helps narrow potential fits. Lenders and placement professionals review outputs and control the decisions that move information or create an introduction.
